Mopar Tonneau tri-fold install help!!

Hi! I tried to install the Tri-fold top this morning and ran into these rivits… can anyone help explain how to secure them?!?

Everything looks perfect tool and all. What issue are you running into? push the rivnut all the way up to the cab, make sure its seated flush, and pull the trigger.
