I’m looking at mounting my roll bar to the bed of my gladiator. It doesn’t have the trail rails so the mounts don’t sit right. Anyone have any nice solutions? Below is a picture of the bar and the angle of the mount from the inside. Any ideas would be appreciated. I’m trying to avoid a bolt through the top...

Even if you don't have the trail rail system you still have the threaded holes where it would sit . You could always get someone to fab up something to support it, pretty easy. Some people on here are making there own trail rails

Just curious if you figured this out. I'm looking at this roll bar and I don't have the trail trail system either.

I bit the bullet and got it off of bamwholesale. Cheapest I can find it, I’m glad I did it’s an easy install and it’s a nice addition.

Ha, weird I just realized I had my top off for the first time today and some was asking for pictures a few weeks ago. Ended up being you...lol. Anyway here’s a picture. It’s a bit high but not bad. I thought about taking the riser mounts out but the side bars might look too low. I’ll take another if I switch it up

Awesome Bro. I really appreciate that. My JT is black and I think if I installed without the riser it would be nearly flash.

If you get a chance to take a straight side shot, I'd appreciate it.

I think I'm going to get the trail rail too. So many things are just designed with that in mind so it seems to be a big hindrance on many things.

Love your rig!

So two more things...just so you are aware with the bar installed you’ll lose functionality of the front half of the side railsbecause the mounts cover it. Another thing is you have to weigh out how it looks with the top on. I personally didn’t like how the whole thing sits lower than the top without the risers. I liked how it just peaked over the hardtop with the risers. Ultimately I might keep it low in the summer months when I’ll have the top off a lot and then once I’m done taking the top off I’ll put the risers back in. We’ll see how lazy I get

Thanks for posting the last picture.

I almost wish it was about 2 inches higher so the top horizontal bar was level with the Jeep's bar.

My JT is black so I think it would look good. So far this is the best option I've seen. I'm leaning this way. Thanks again!
