I like Fishpond stuff. I use some of their gear on 3-4 day kayak/camping trips where everything has to be water tight and will likely take a bit of abuse. Not cheap but has held up well.
I checked the Military Exchange Site . . . no Fishpond, but they carry the new Yeti Waterproof Dry Duffles in all 3 sizes !
Also just as expensive, but I like the Zipper Access better and at $25 Less per size, no tax or shipping and . . . I may be "re-gifting" that Fishpond or selling it and getting the Yeti(s) ?

Ive used these Remington 82 Quart totes for last 5 years for trailer/truck storage. They are lockable and keep my motorcycle boots/parts/tools dry on long hauls with a true weathertight seal. I’ll have to photo them in the gladiator bed. They also have a nice strap/groove system to synch them down from moving or if you need to attach extra gear. https://www.tractorsupply.com/tsc/product/remington-weathertight-tote-87-qt-1129335
I have four of these; keep my hunting camo in a couple. Really like them . . . bought a couple at Academy and a couple at Sportsman Warehouse. May mount a couple on my side by side. Would work well in a truck bed.
