Navigation stuck on Loading....

Just started on this trip. Every few times I start the Jeep and head out the navigation gets stuck on the loading screen. It's the big screen. I found a few related issues with search.

Who else has had this problem and what was the resolution? I'd prefer not to have to use my phone and Google Maps when I have a great built-in screen right there in front of me.

I used the built-in NAV a lot when I first got the truck. It works okay, but on long trips would eventually lose track of where it was and the trip would have to be restarted. Now, I use Google Maps and Android Auto. It shows up on the dash screen and is better than the built-in NAV.
