I bought my 2020 Overland in September 2021 with 19k miles on it from a dealer here in NC. I loved that the expensive stuff (wheels, tires, bed cover, etc) had already been installed and it looked really cool. It didn't even cross my mind at the time to look at the DOT numbers on the 305/55/20 tire. If I had known they were made in 2016, I wouldn't have bought it. Fast forward to now, and I've got 7+ year old tires with only 33k miles on them. There's plenty of rubber left on them but there's some slight cracking along the sidewalls which in my mind, makes them slightly dangerous to drive on especially off road. I don't want to replace the tires until I have to (unless I get a killer deal) and I would still like to maintain the aggressive styling look. I would love to lift it and get some 35's but I do have the 20" wheels to deal with, not the stock 17". However, I can't justify spending a lot of cash on something we don't really need. So that's my conundrum, what do you guys think I should do?
