Need Help! - Finish coming off New Willys Hard Top

I found this while taking a peak at the top of my hard top for a completely unrelated reason. The rubbery finish is pealing off the hard top. I have no clue how this happened. Was hoping someone has a recommendation for a topical patch product I can use to stop this from getting worse, sorta like a paint pen? Car has 600 miles on it, as Sheryl Crow puts it "the first cut is the deepest"....

Thanks. There is no sign of a gouge or anything, just like it's peeling off. I will call the dealer.

That's why you don't want to touch it. Anything you add to it could make it worse and allow them to say it was what you did.

Hope you have a good relationship with your dealer or they are probably going to pin it on you somehow.

Which seam is it on?? Wondering if a rock flew up and grazed it enough just to chip the finish.

Drivers side. No sign of a rock or anything. I haven't even had a chance to take the covers off to enjoy the fact I can, the car is only a few weeks old.
