Need help with found part identification

I’m not sure if this is the replace for this or if tech is better? When putting the barrack seat covers on my gladiator I got yesterday as I was pulling the passenger side top cover down i found this laying on the rear floor Mat(see pictures). It was not there before as I just installed the Mats. I would like to return it to its home but no idea where that is.

Thanks! I thought that’s what it was but none of the other rails had one on it maybe it just got forgot about would make sense as I moved the seat back and forth thanks again!
