Need help with hardtop replacement part#

Long story short, detail shop ran my gladiator through the carwash, one of the fabric arms caught onto my roof rack and ripped it off, damaging both the hard top and roof rack.

Detail shop accepted full responsibility and is replacing the hardtop and JCR rack.

They have ordered part #6KH62RXFAK (replacement hardtop).

From what I see this does not include the glass correct?

My original rear glass was leaking, can the dealership use my existing glass and place it into the replacement hardtop? If so would they use just need to use new seals?

Or do they also need to order replacement glass?

No glass is included, The glass needs to be cut out and reinstalled with urethane. See attached

If they are responsible, why aren't they ordering the full hard top replacement? I'd demand it.
