Yes, they will fit. With negative offset they will be slightly farther out than stock wheels.

I am running Dirty Life 17x9, -12mm with 35x12.50's and no rubs.

I am running ProComp 7031 wheels with -6 offset and 4.75 backspacing. My 315/70/17 stick out about 1 inch beyond the end of my stock Sport fender. I do have issues kicking up dirt and rocks onto the side of the truck, but it certainly looks good stance-wise. If I could do it again I'd look for more like a 0 offset to keep the tires inside the fenders.

I'm running 20x10 wheels with a 4.56" backspacing with a -24mm offset. They work great on my JTR. They don't stick out too far with 37x13.50's on them.
