Things must not be going good in Kentucky for the economy or jeep. If you do a search like on CarGurus nationally there are like the best deals on 2022 NEW units and quite a few of them which means...they are not moving in KY.

This one is a flat out steal in Fort Thomas Kentucky https://jeffwylerfortthomas.net/new/Jeep/2022-Jeep-Gladiator-8383a7990a0e09af5ebcf6ab90f89569.htm

It only has one problem... It is a soft top... Honestly, if you lived in Florida, might be worth the drive if you wanted a Rubicon. OR, with basically 7K (ish) dollars to play with vs virtually any other new Rubicon, you could get a hard top and still be way ahead. Don't forget, you get full warranty on a new one irrespective of years and IF you live in an expensive registration state like me, a 22 will knock a couple hundred bucks off of your registration. For the top, if you could find one on a front end smacked unit and you would be good to go. Jus sayin...

Holy smokes, that is a Deal, I can't believe that hasn't been snatched up yet. Missing the cold weather package, but that's still quite a deal, soft top or no. (Nothing wrong with a soft top!)

I bought my loaded '22 New-old-stock Overland about three weeks ago. It had an MSRP of $60,400. I bought it for $46k and change. That was a $14k discount I couldn't pass up. I was the first customer to test drive it when it came in in '22. It sat on the lot for 611 days. There are deals to be had.

It looks like it's a demo with almost 5,000 miles on it. If it was used as a loaner, they probably weren't the easiest miles either........

Now that is patience. AND with all the price increases since it was made, it would likely be pretty loaded I'm thinking. Do you have the VIN or could you say what was on it.

I purchased a 2023 diesel rubicon far out edition on 1/25/24 here in Kentucky. It had a Msrp of 76,390, with a total discount of 17,761.

After everything it was 63k out the door. (Not including the 700 for the ceramic coating)

It'd really be easier to list what it DIDN'T have for options, which isn't much. About the only thing I can find it's missing is adaptive cruise and the 110v inverter and outlets. it's pretty loaded for options. Here's the build sheet:

That is sweet. You even have the Selec Trac full time 4WD AND limited Slip my required boxes... AND the aux switches... AND bedliner. This one checks all my boxes and more including the Corning Gorilla glass. And it includes the Rockslider step version. I think that is about as loaded as one gets. I can't think of anything it doesn't have except maybe the max tow pckg.

It would have been out of my range but lacks practically nothing. I prefer the 3.6 over the diesel but you even got that a mixed blessing imho... I don't think I've ever seen a lot car with that much on it. I'm thinking it sat so long because it was so expensive and some people don't want the diesel and some people want a Rubicon etc. Nice deal still 19K more than I spent with 30% off but mine only had an MSRP of 60,800. Wow. Hold on to it would be my reccomendation.

Mine is the 3.6L gasser, not the diesel... and it still clocked in at $60k+. Yes, I'm exceptionally pleased with how it was optioned out. I like the limited slip in the rear as well and the Selec Trac too. The only thing it lacks from the max tow package are the 4.10s, and frankly for regular street driving the 3.73s are better anyway. It's tow capacity is 6k, which is adequate for my needs. I'm towing a '20 Airstream Globetrotter 23FB and my Sanibel 18 sailboat. The Globetrotter is at the top of its tow/load capacity, but it seems to handle it with aplomb. I picked it up for $46k, $14k off and they gave me the best deal I could get trading in my '16 JKU Rubicon.

I had my JKU for eight years. I suspect this may be my last Jeep, barring crashes or other unforeseen circumstances.
