Just purchased a 2021 Mojave was wondering what is the best side steps and can I keep the factory rock sliders on or do I have to take them off also what is the best bed cover for convenience and such thank you for letting me join your forum

If you like not giving up any clearance try the factory mopar performance rock rails (PN 82215606). As far as the cover it depends on what you're looking for. I have the mopar hard trifold and like it. I've also had soft trifold's on my previous Ram trucks that have been just as functional. Welcome and good luck!

"Best" is relative. There are many options for the slides and bed covers. Search around here in the sub forums and see what others have installed and ask questions.
I have the factory roll-up tonneau cover and like it, but after 6000 miles it started is fluttering on the sides. I have the factory skis and they are great for my wife and keeping most dirt from hitting the sides of the Jeep.

As someone said earlier it depends on what you want out of the bed cover. For convenience, however I don't think you can get a more convenient bed cover than the soft rollup mopar cover.
Only two bolts to remove and it comes off. That takes all of two minutes and it rolls up giving giving you access to the whole bed. I had the soft trifold and that was pretty good too but that last third section of the cover kept me from using the full bed in some instances so I switched to soft rollup.

My favorite bed cover I have ever owned, they make it in glossy or matte model x2 vs x4

I had it on a lifted Ram 3500 that was very high so this was easy to roll instead of flipping the tr-fold ones which I don't like and they get hot in the summer.

Cool. Now, suggest you do a little reading on the forum about removing the body bolts. Most folks have no problem, but occasionally you read testimony from someone who broke one. Here's a good thread on that ...

Also, if you want to retorque them properly (I hope you do!), you need to measure angle along with measuring torque. There are special torque wrenches, as well as torque angle adapters. Or, you can use a protractor on the body bolts, since they all have plenty of room to measure the angles. However, if you're going to do other mods on your Jeep, especially any that involve the front suspension, you want to have the proper tool when you come across an install instruction that reads something like, "Torque bolt to 120 ft-lbs plus 50°".
