My Jeep app works find. But the location finder takes forever.
Most of the time. But I recently opened it while sitting waiting in a doctor's lobby and it showed exactly where it was in the parking lot I left it in just minutes before.
The part that doesn't work for me is setting up or adding a dealer. That hasn't worked since day 1 no matter what I do.

Why can't stellantis get their head on straight with their apps.
Ask Samsung or whoever supplies the apps.........

The only real problems with mine are - we're in a dead zone for the cell service it uses, and location/finding Jeep is slow much of the time, and I can't set the dealer in the app. Each time I try, it thinks I'm trying to create a route.

I just installed the Jeep app. Not impressed. The home screen is to busy and I can't figure out how to make it just the remote start screen that has only lock, unlock remote start in it like all the pictures of the app show

Cannot force an update for vehicle health, last one posted was on 11-13-2023, nothing since. Location seems to work fast, but do I really use it, no. Other than that, meh.

Cannot force an update for vehicle health, last one posted was on 11-13-2023, nothing since. Location seems to work fast, but do I really use it, no. Other than that, meh.
Think the vehicle health only updates when there is something different.

That is a plausible thought but it would be nice if this was programmed to perform at least weekly vehicle health updates. Another thought; Does this app track all of our movemenus and does FCA use or sell this data?? Perhaps I should have read the fine legal print when I accepted this app!!

App doesn't track, it's not live or real-time - on the other hand, why would they need an app when the truck does that for them?

The app just gives your account a connection point to the FCA servers, like logging into the website.

FCA does not actively track any vehicles. The cellular connected vehicles regularly phone home and send Telematics data along with the current location.

They use a very broad agreement to cover themselves for data collection. Most of the data is used for their own research and analysis.

Looking at my app. The last health update was 6/23/23. That's when I was running 14 psi tie pressure for off roading. General info for fuel and mileage was updated on 12/9/23. The last time I drove it. The map updates location when ever it feels like it. It's worse now than before for updating.
