Hey everyone! I live in Greensboro, NC. I'm originally from Florida so I really don't know a lot of people here. Just bought my first Jeep ever. (Gladiator Sport S a couple weeks ago with a 2" Mopar lift and 35" tires.)

Looking for some buddies to go wheeling with occasionally in the area. Uwharrie is the closest trails by me that I know of unless someone knows some other places.

I'm heading to Newport, TN in the middle of February for a weekend with my wife and was gonna take the JT out for the first time and debating on ordering some rock rails. Anyone live around this area know if they're necessary or not? Not planning on doing anything crazy my first couple times but would like to head to the Badge of Honor trails out by Knoxville while we're there.

I'm in middle TN I'm down to go, but I'm from the west coast and fairly new to do don't know much. As much as I hated CA I will say the one thing it did have more of was wheeling places TN is almost entirely privately owned so blm land is extremely limited.

We have a group from our Northern Virginia club, NOVA Jeepers, heading down to Uwharrie Memorial Day weekend if you want me to keep you posted.

Also check out Windrock in Eastern Tennessee. We have quite a few folks who make the trek to enjoy it.
