I saw these and liked them, but they cover up the bed tie downs I need. Otherwise these would be great for recovery gear, tire chains or anything you wouldn't want in the cab. I did see some smaller ones that went over the wheel well/fender. Also, I have a 5 gallon jerry can there, but they still leave access for me to use the tie down.

Thanks my thoughts exactly. Plus lights and plug. Did not know if when they swing out you could sill use tie downs
