I think I’m going to end up buying the armorlite upholstery replacement and the hot headliner with sound assassin strips for the top.

if I’m not mistaken that should give me temp androad noise reduction on top of the increased durability of the armorlite.

anyone have any thoughts or notice glaring issues with my plan so far ?

No idea about the Armorlite.
I have the Hot Heads with the Sound Assassin, and love it.
Helped with noise and temperature control, and they look pretty good, too. Be sure to get the small panels for the C pillars.
