Do they really think it looks good? Really?! Or is it to prove a point or something. It’s the stupidest looking trend. Especially from the back where it looks like it fell out of space and landed on all fours. Splat!

Who knew supply chain would force me into sensible choices...
Something to remember here is before Nitto started giving away (sponsoring YT’ers) tires to push sales two of the most popular tires was the Cooper Discoverer STT Pro and BFG. Yeah BFG‘s are a tad under size compared to the some of the others and have less tread depth than especially the Cooper but they’ve always handled well and they’re well made tires. A little bit newer to the market would be Mickey Thompson Baja boss MT. Last time I was in a tire store I was actually told that Mickey Thompson bought Cooper so they may integrate some of the same technology.

Consider my opinion refined. I am now even more certain that is not a person I could ever befriend.
LOL…I don’t do insta…lol. I won’t have to judge.

Is there a secret jeep place to go to to find Nittos in stock?
Do they come into stock every so often or just permanent out of stock?

Thanks!
The only place I was able to find it was Discount Tire and they had to go round some up from different stores for me. I have Nitto Trail Grapplers MT 37x12.50x20 they make a 38” has no problem with Dana 44 Axels re-geared to 5.13s. Poke is probably around 1/2”. A lot of states don’t allow tires to poke much past the fenders if at all, something to keep in mind. Mine are plenty big & plenty tough looking, great stance & a decent ride too.

I wonder how that works traveling to or through states that don’t allow tire poke

If they enforce it you will get a ticket, what's legal in one state maybe Illegal in another. With mine they poke slightly but it's not enough you're going to notice from a distance.

What wheels and back spacing are you running to get 1/2 poke? What arms are you running and are you experiencing any rub?

I’m guessing +12 as the factory Recon flare extensions would be about perfect to cover.

Nitto Trail Grappler MT tires 37" x 20.
20x9 Fuel Stroke Wheels +.01 offset.

My lift is a 3” JKS J-Venture fox 2.0 performance shocks, no rubbing I didn’t have any rubbing with this setup without the lift on 37’s etc. I have a Rubicon which has slightly better clearance, higher fenders etc. I purchased the fuels online & really didn’t know much about backspacing etc. these seem to work great. I estimated the poke could be less or slightly more it’s there but not by much, just enough to give it a nice stance.
