Why would they respond to you and not me? If I require an advocate just to get a reply from them then that tells you everything you need to know about their customer support.I am very proud of customer support. Send me a message with email and order information and I'll reach out for you.

My Oracle experience has not been good. They don't care too much about their Canadian customers. Too small a market to concern them.
