I was that guy. Had a team member that was constantly trying to suck up, working on a project and needed some tools. Remember my dads old joke about left handed Monkey wrench. Told him to go to Lowe's and get a Left Handed Crescent Wrench. He figured it out eventually, said the guy at Lowe's had a good laugh.

This was the same guy that I told "La Quitna" was Spanish for "Next to Denny's" - on a family vaction he sent a pic of a stand alone La Quinta. Yeah I was that guy, but still makes me laugh. Thankfully he took it all in stride.
