Years ago. We had a cross between a golden and a black lab. The smartest dog i ever had. His name was Bennie. We went on a vacation for a week. Uncle Jim said he would keep an eye on Bennie at the house. We came home, only to find all the rugs in the house piled up in the middle of the living room floor. Each rug had a hole chewed in the middle of it.This perfectly describes our Golden Box of Rocks that we had. She crewed through a heavy duty air travel crate, our carpet and tried to dig through the floor. Just a minor case of separation anxiety.
