I know that’s what I don’t get, how we can even post? because supposedly it was closed and then I got on here because I seen nobody had posted in awhile. So I posted and then saw in another thread this was closed? Usually you can’t post in a closed thread though and there’s no notifications for this thread on recent posts.

The king of Q. BBQ with snow coming down for Christmas dinner. Venison in a chimichurri sauce. Seared tuna for a little surf and turf. Coals not quite ready. No fake Traeger smoker here!

Smoked meat is better than no smoked meat no matter the method. While I agree some methods are slightly better than others I wouldn’t deem any of them fake.
My views are coming from someone with a MES 30 so flame away if you must. I can say that all the dudes and dudettes at work crave the hunks of beasts that do slow and low. Never a complaint, and they ain’t the kind to hold back any criticisms.
