October Lease questions

so my gladiator is ready for pickup this afternoon, does anyone know what the standard MF and residual should be for a gladiator rubicon in october? Should be tier 1 credit . looking at 24/10k and 36/10k mostly
when i ordered in September the dealer gave me a MF of .00298 which i think is high ,from what ive read it should be closer to .0020 but just wanted to double check.
is this dealer trying to gouge me or is this the norm?

.0022 is the current Tier 1 MF as best as I can find. Also read dealer can raise it by .00048. Residuals fluctuate rapidly. Saw 67% posted on the 24th for Rubicon.
