I saw that people have the wall mounts for door storage and they work well. I ended up ordering the stowaway mount from them and when it came in I found that they forgot to machine in two of the wall anchor bolt holes. Has anyone had any issues with this and any luck contacting them? I used their contact form as well as emailing them directly but haven't had any luck. I really don't want to go the route of getting PayPal involved.
