For those that are interested these OM642 engines are use in multiple vehicles. This is my 2013 Mercedes Sprinter, shop estimate to replace the oil cooler seals was $2800(this does include swirl motor) parts and labor with the note "may need new intake manifolds $1300 additional".
Im actually a AV tech by trade but $2000 labor is worth my efforts to fix myself! Plus I have kids and a Jeep addition to support.
The rear 2 turbo bolts are the hold up at the moment, then take the intakes out and get them cleaned up tomorrow at the machine shop. Hope to reassemble it Monday.
