New to the forum and looking for some help. I just purchased Oracle LED bulbs for DRL and turn signals. I’m running into strange issues. Basically, my drivers side light is acting different to the passenger side. I eventually put the regular bulbs back in.

If I switch it to parking lights, both come on.
If I turn on my lights, the passenger turns on and the driver turns off.

I’m not sure if this has always been present and I’m just noticing it now, that I’ve tried to replace the bulbs.

We’ll, that was strange…. I parked the car in the garage, installed the factory bulbs back for turn signal and DRL’s. Everything works fine… I gave it a shot and installed the bulbs 1 by one and checked before moving on to the next one…. Everything properly works now with LED bulbs also.

Weird. Glad it all works now.

Doesn’t that just make you wonder what you screwed up the first time....

It’s totally messing with my head as to why it’s working. I‘m not very savvy with cars, but I figured I could change a light bulb!
The engineer in me keeps wondering why it randomly started working.
I’ll probably look into it again when I get the Oracle switchback headlights.
who would have thought it’d take longer to install 2 bulbs versus replacing the fog lights.
Of course, it was a random stupid hot 98 degrees in MN yesterday with no electricity in the neighborhood for 7 hours.

ll is good for the time being.

That’s what I was wondering also. I was seeing the same thing with the LED DRL as the Factory bulbs so I don’t think it was the DRL’s not plugged in all the way.
The LED turn signals installed and functioning properly. I reverted back to bulbs and noticed everything was as expected. So maybe something to do with the turn signal LED’s....

fingers crossed everything appears to work. I just hate gremlins I can’t logically explain. Maybe I’ll dig into it more when installing the headlights in a few weeks once they are delivered.
