Hi everyone,

I just got a 2022 JT a week or so ago and had to switch the headlamps out ASAP. I ordered the “ORACLE Lighting 5839-504 - Oculus Bi-LED Projector Headlights for Jeep JL/Gladiator JT - Matte Black - 5500K”
I took my time installing, tucked all the wires and zip ties them in place. Buttoned it all up only to find the halo on the passenger side will not light up. I checked all the wires, checked and swapped out the fuse. Basically everything I could think of. Currently the DRL wire is unplugged so I’m not driving around “winking”. I plan on calling Oracle tomorrow but in the mean time has anyone else had a similar issue and how’s Oracle about covering warranty’s on their products? Wanted better lights without a headache I’m hoping avoid.

Take pictures and even a video of what is wrong. That way when you talk to them you can email the pictures and video. I had one of mine that the high beam stopped working on. That’s what they asked for and sent me out a new one pretty quick.

Did they need to be switched from halogen to LED? @ORACLElights

I have those lights but did not incur any issues and they have been working great. I am wondering if there is just an issue with the light itself. Customer service was easy to work with back then so suggest contacting them direct

No issues on mine. Just call the company. They are under warranty.

Quick update:
So on my way to work yesterday I thought about testing the drivers side light on the passenger side wiring to see if the halo lit up or not. I figured I could narrow it down to the light or the harness this way. I also spoke to somebody from Oracle as well, after I narrow it down I’ll call back Monday seemed like they would take care of the issue with no problems so hopefully I can figure out what the culprit is

aside from that thanks for the input to everyone who replied

I had a similar issue with my oracle fog lights. I wired the drl halos back to the fuse where my head light drls were wired. 1 halo worked 1 didn't. The fog light worked fine. I swapped the red and black on the drl and it turned on. Halo was wired backwards from the factory.

Update: so tonight I swapped sides just to check the harness… originally the drivers side halo was working… once I swapped sides neither halo was working… I swapped them back and again only the drivers side worked… so at the moment passenger light halo doesn’t work and now I’m thinking it’s the light AND the harness… seems too bad to be true that I’d get a faulty harness and passenger light but this is where I’m at now

Oracle will take care of you. Just give them the videos/pictures if you haven't already and you'll get a quick turnaround.
