Order info?

I have just a few order questions, My dealer is giving us the MSRP price and saying that he cant figure any discounts till the vehicle comes in. He is saying the discounts that are offered as of today, may not be what they are in 8-10 weeks. They want $1000 to order one in, also they say they will not price my trade in until the Jeep arrives? Just looking for some advice, thanks for any information.

I would push the dealer or find another. I ordered a 2021 JTR diesel on 7/11. Worked with the dealer to identify all incentives and a range for my trade (could fluctuate based on mileage I add before JT delivery). I ended up with 7% below invoice (invoice is below MSRP) and final figure for trade will be set at delivery.

We will review incentives at delivery to see if any new have been added that could be more beneficial.

IMO, sounds like that dealer does not want to put the time in on an order and would rather sell one today off the lot.
