Order process start to finish. How long did it take yours?

It will likely take some time to update information, and even propagate it from the various data sources. Depending on the database type and structure, it can take time to rebuild and re-establish data integrity.

That must have been some catastrophic outage they had.

More for the delivery processes than anything........ they could still get certain info that came straight from Jeep's own campus. Once it reached a certain completion stage - they lost track of it.

The email notification of my sticker came two days after the notification of build sheet. I had thought maybe the system outage delayed the build sheet notification, but maybe not. Jeep Chat now says it’s “in shipping”.

From order to build sheet was exactly five weeks. It’s basically fully loaded (but color is red, and hardtop only) so no significant holdup for parts or accessories like mats or headliner or bed spray.

So, your new JT order was "loaded", slush mats, bedliner, tonneau cover?, ACC/FCW (advanced safety group), all of that sort of thing?

Interesting the time discrepancies.

My "fear" was that gorilla glass and some electronics may slow things a bit - still talk of electronics shortages although not as much rumbling as there was a few months ago.

Yes everything. Rubicon. No softop or sunrider, no “smokers group”, no extra doors, and -heh - no locking lug nuts!

1-06: ordered
1-10: got POC/VIN
1-22: got an estimated delivery date of 3-08
2-08: got build sheet
2-11: got window sticker
2-23: delivered to dealership

Ordered 5/2, VON 5/3, this is 5/10, crickets - no VIN.

Ordered January 31st. Still no eta. I'm convinced it'll either show up to the dealer at this point without an eta or isn't showing up at all. Regardless if the status doesn't update by the end of this week I'm cancelling, already talked to the dealer about it.
