Yeah, doesn’t make any sense. Buy steel tubes, bend steel tubes, powder coat steel tubes.Been looking at Mopar for a long time, I don’t get it either. I settled for a set of Rugged Ridge doors, but only the driver out of all 4 actually close/fit well.
Seems like a relatively simple jig for production compared to many other things that are widely available.
Love the looks, and the full mirror compatibility, but adjusting is a serious pita. The rears are way too tight - have to push very hard to lock, and I’m not sure how to resolve that. The front passenger isn’t as bad, but it hits the latch - haven’t gotten the right adjustment dialed in, but for me it doesn’t matter since I’m a solo driver ?Yeah, doesn’t make any sense. I want to get them before spring so I have a little time. I really like the WARN and Mopar ones but I might have to start looking at other brands too. So no go on Rugged Ridge?
Ok, that’s not too bad. It’s usually me or me and the wife cruising around so the back doors would hardly be opened. They do look good, very similar to the mopar ones!Love the looks, and the full mirror compatibility, but adjusting is a serious pita. It’s worth a shot if you’re willing to deal with that. Not sure if even the mopar doors don’t have that problem.
Agreed, partially why I went with them. Build quality is great, and the handles have a solid feel. I think it just needs some dedicated time and help to get them lined up properly.Ok, that’s not too bad. It’s usually me or me and the wife cruising around so the back doors would hardly be opened.
