P0480 Code

Does anyone or has anyone have this code come up when diagnosing? Supposedly "Fan 1 Control Circuit" where to look and how to fix?

The cooling fan is a 3 wire circuit. Power, Ground and a control signal from the PCM. I would check all three of those wires going to it and short of a wiring or connection problem you may find, I would call the fan motor assembly.

Thanks, hoping the new battery does the trick, we'll see here in a few days. Will check those wires and connections.
