Offy’s?!? I’m in! You’re making me long for the days of helping my Daddy tune his 3 deuces…
Offy dual quad intake with new old stock Offy valve covers I bought at a swap meet, never out of the box from years ago.
Two Edelbrock AVS2 carbs.
The prior owner butchered things - I had to build linkage and so on from scratch. He didn't even have the TV rods set up properly.
The first press of the pedal was hard - about 1/3 is was a difficult push, then all of a sudden his linkage went over center and you found yourself floored.

I've been running a BD Diesel Booster for about 8 months - no concerns.

I've always had cable driven vehicles, and I wanted this to give me that '1:1' I am used to, and I seem to get it with the "street" setting.

As an added benefit, I no longer have issues with traction control being too aggressive - throttle controller seems to "overwrite" that so I don't need to turn TCS off/pull the fuse in the winter.

(Side note - I don't know why, but even under very light throttle TCS engages in very light snow on the road and I don't move. I don't even spin the tires at all and it engages - or did until I got the throttle controller installed.)
