I think it depends on where you live. I bought my 22 recently for 4800.00 under msrp. It took some searching out to find any that would negotiate much though.

What he said. The closest physical dealer to me was asking 6K OVER sticker. There are three dealers within 15 minutes of me, the other two were within 1K of MSRP. One of them had quoted me 4K under sticker on one model on the lot. That's a 10K swing on their own lot.

The dealer I purchased from is in a rural area, and was offering at least 2K under sticker on most everything they had. I did have an existing relationship with one of their stores/manager. When I went in they offered me 4700 under sticker plus 2k over what I asked for my trade. Shortest negotiation ever.
