My start stop hasn’t ever worked. 2023 Rubicon, 1300 miles so far. Battery at 13.3-13.5. Should I have the dealer make sure both battery are charged up?

I've only gotten one, but mine is an ordinary, plain, nothing special at all Overland.

Mine has a winch, and a 1.25" lift
still only one duck since 2019 while the JLU had gotten 4 in just over 1 year.

Goofy thing is - I haven't been to a mall in years. Menards, Lowe's, that's about as close as it gets. No joy.
could be I do need to hit a mall - closest one with anything is clear across the county.
