Plastic glue?

So I had a dumb moment...I dropped my bank card and it fell down into the ebrake slot in the console.
And before thinking about it I pulled the rubber boot off to get it.... (Multiple snapping noises)

Well it isn't supposed to come off, it's plastic welded to the console. ..so those all snapped and on corner actually tore. I'm not spending $130+ for the whole console.

Anyone know a glue that will work on what ever plastic the console is? (I'm guessing HDPE) preferably something that won't make a mess...

I tried some CA glue I had and it didn't hold at all.

Maybe gorilla glue?

That said, 3M, Henkel, and Loctite are reputable brands that sell glues designed for plastics. Some are CA glues with a primer, and others are epoxies that just work on plastic. Make sure the glue can handle PP and PE, since your application is probably one of these.
