Avoid TAVERNA JEEP IN PLANTATION FLORIDA. I purchased my JT in cash from the dealership, which has now declined to provide service for my JEEP. This decision was made after I raised concerns about their deceptive practices and unacceptable behavior repeatedly. The issues extend beyond just the service department; their collision department is also subpar. I initially believed that the dealership, under new management, would improve in all areas including sales, service, parts, and collision. Unfortunately, I was mistaken. I tried to establish a good relationship with the staff working on my truck. Despite my efforts, the dealership turned out to be all show and no substance. I bought the truck in December 2024, the day after Christmas. The sales department was excellent, but the experience quickly deteriorated. I encountered multiple issues with the truck, including leaks and faulty parts. Despite having an extended warranty, the dealership failed to properly address the problems. After several unsuccessful attempts to fix the leaks, the warranty company refused to cover the repairs, citing poor workmanship by the dealership. When I tried to address the situation with upper management, I was informed that the dealership would no longer service my vehicle. Despite their decision, I had to seek assistance from another mechanic who resolved all the issues for $4000.
