My biggest question... does the truck still "buck" or resonate over concrete / expansion highway? Granted I know this is truck characteristic due to minimal weight over the rear axle, but are the "frequency tuned" springs that much better to help alleviate this?
Also, if you have a chance, can you measure the distance from the bottom lip of the rim to the bottom lip opening of the fender? (I'm currently at 33.75")This might be a more standard approach to take out the factor of tire size for comparison of lift... vs ground to fixed point on Jeep.
Sorry for the demands Just very excited to hear about the lift given that AEV will not divulge any spring rate info.
Thanks and here's my Clayton spring review... for what it's worth I'm very curious about AEV's rear springs and a heavy constant load. For reference I'm running Clayton 2.5" front springs and 3.5" rear springs just to get a level stance with roughly 650lb constant in rear and aftermarket bumper/winch in front. (I'm 21.75" front and rear from ground to OEM rubi rail w/ Nitto RG 37's) I fear the AEV springs won't be up to the task but man you have a great stance right now!
Darkhorse, i actually screwed up and put this in the for sale section...now have marked it for deletion. I reposted in technical. You want to repost there and i will answer there so that everyone has the info. Here is the link
