Popping sound from electronic sway bar disconnect

I hear a popping sound from the sway bar disconnect when i rock the jeep side to side. Recently installed front 2” lift with lower control arms but have retightened twice.
Drove from North Carolina to Arizona with no issues. Started on a dirt road in Kanab. Jeep has 60k miles on it and sway bar connects and reconnects with no issue.

Anyone run into this before ?

I would double check the end links for torque.
