I read up on Oracle lighting warranty within the forum. I found the RA form and filled it out. Here is my initial email I sent.

Sent email April 19. I purchased this vehicle from my local dealer with 3300 miles on it. It already had the brake lights installed. I bought the vehicle at the end of 2023. I am reaching out per Jerry on the Jeep Gladiator forum online. I guess you list the lights left and right, looking at it from the rear. My RH does not light during the day and in night time mode it is very very dim. I swapped the taillights around and got the same results, so it not my vehicle for sure. The good one works on both sides. I have pictures to show the item in question I had a warranty request on a tail light for my 2023 Jeep Gladiator Mojave.

I filled out the RA request per the Jeep Gladiator Forum online on April 19. On Wed, Apr 23, 2025, at 02:09 PM, ORACLE Lighting Support <[email protected]> wrote: Hi xxxx, We can move forward with a warranty replacement for the right taillight. Can I please get your full address?

On April 24, a shipment for my light was sent out with no cost to me. I was not required to send the old one to them either. I read so many issues with failing lights, and those that had to pay for shipping. In my case, it was a more than pleasant experience, and I wanted to share this with you. I'm thinking that mentioning the forum on my initial request may have helped my cause.

I need to give a positive shoutout about Oracle lightning. I also had a failure with my passenger side tail light. I contacted Oracle, I sent the requested picture anl with the date on the white tag. Once I did that they promptly sent me a replacement light. No argument or butts or anything else, they just stood behind their lights.
