A simple answer is no. Dang near any or all combinations will result in slightly different results. The follow up is even the weight of the driver and if there is something in passenger seat or passenger. A wild guess of mine is that the coil springs for the "driver's side" are slightly stiffer or longer to compensate. That is why spring placement by spring code is there even "my SWAG". The right hand drive Jeeps probably have different numbers even to differentiate driver's side. If you ever "get" it exactly level or exactly what you are wanting. You better go buy the mega million and powerball tickets. I figured this out with my XJ in 1999, it actually sets slightly higher on left front side than the right side even, until I would be in seat. The rear sat higher until I had my normal gear I carried in it strapped down inside, and tank of fuel. Then it sat more or less level side to side, slight rake forward. Oddly enough the lift springs I used on it back then I believe had different spring codes for the coils for right side and left. The bumper that came on your JT will even change what springs it comes with probably.
