I wanted to get everyone’s thoughts on this spot. It is elevated and a little soft when pressed on. What are your thoughts? Thanks.

Looks like they bedlined over the rubber access plugs. Here's my non-bedlined bed in that same spot.

Edit: I have no idea if this is standard practice or if 3rd party bedlining companies like line-x also do this. Could be normal.

I've asked on here before what that plug is for, what does it access?

Line-X bedlined over mine. They said the hole is used when they hold the individual bed pieces with machines to assemble them, and they serve no purpose.

Yup. They don't go to anything. Here it is from the bottom:

The below picture makes me wonder if your plug is broken. Perhaps the clips that hold it tight to the bed have broken and now it can move up and down? My plug doesn't move and doesn't 'feel' soft. Or perhaps the factory bedliner material has separated from this plug.

I would imagine if it's the latter that it would be covered under warranty as a defect? I'd call your local dealer about it.
