Potts Mountain Jeep Trail anyone?

I’m working and living about 45 minutes from what everything I read says is one of the best Jeep trails in Virginia. I feel like I have to try. But I’m always solo on the trail and that doesn’t seem like a smart way to tackle this icon.

Anyone have any plans to head that way before winter?

Or should I ignore the trail guides and just run it solo?

John the train guide makes it sound tough , but also comparing our gladiators to a lot of other vehicles out here maybe an unlifted Mojave is s lifted vehicle on large tires comparing to a Compass or other “off road ” vehicles. I’ll watch this thread and am wanting to hit Peter’s Mill and Maryland BOH trails and just keep putting it off cause of work and garage I am building. I’ll keep watching the thread John, and get started fixing some damage from Jericho Mountain trail last year in NH….Jack
