Good Morning Ya’ll….
2024 Gladiator Mojave X - owned since March ’24. Only 4,200 miles

I’ve adjusted these things in the beginning and never really touched them since.

Went to adjust them the other day, and either #1) I’ve forgotten how they operate - OR - #2) something isn’t working properly.
It’s probably just me….

So please, correct me here…. cuz this old brain has gone on vacation.

My original thoughts and/or experience (when I first used them) - there were 3 bags - Upper, middle, and lower. You can only inflate ONE bag at a time. See photo: I thought the right button was ‘deflate’ and the other 3 were the upper, middle, and lower inflate buttons (hold to inflate).

Playing with it now….. the right button is still the ‘deflate’. However, the left button seems to be the ‘inflate’.
Hit the upper button once, then hold the left button while the upper bag inflates. Hit & hold the right button to deflate.
Hit the lower button once, then hold the left button while the lower bag inflates. Hit & hold the right to deflate.

School me….. cuz, if there is an issue…I need to get warranty fix. I‘m due for an oil change soon!
Thanks!

I don't know if this is much help. I pulled it from the 316 page 2024 Gladiator owners manual (page 38). This seems to be the only section that discusses the power lumbar switch.
EDIT The smaller 64 page owners handbook that comes with the vehicle has the same paragraph /EDIT

Power Lumbar — If Equipped
Vehicles equipped with power driver or passenger seats
may be equipped with power lumbar. The power lumbar
switch is located on the outboard side of the power
seat. Push the switch forward to increase the lumbar
support. Push the switch rearward to decrease the lumbar
support. Pushing upward or downward on the
switch will raise and lower the position of the support.
