Katkzin leather is quite padded (shop let me feel it after it arrived before install). I noticed a pretty major change in comfort going from my factory cloth to katzkin leather.

Noticably different in 2020 Sport vs Rubicon seats. I test drove both before I got mine. The Sport seats were more ridgid via my butt meter. My 2023 Rubicon seats are very comfortable. I wonder if the Rubicon has better seat cushions?

They are just as comfortable as the seats in our Ram 1500 Longhorn. We bought our Gladiator in Prescott, AZ and drove it 4 hours home. I couldn't believe how comfortable the seats were. I told my wife that I wouldn't mind taking the Gladiator on long road trips. My 23 rubi with leather seats, are the most comfortable seats I’ve run across.
I've heard the same. It's crazy to think how much difference seat quality (comfort) goes up with trim levels.I have a Mojave. Compare to my friends Rubicon, my front seats are MUCH more comfortable.
Nothing makes the back seat better![]()
Definitely subjective and also there are the different seats with the different models. I think F150 seats are awesome and I wouldn't describe them as soft. But maybe the XL or XLT trims have soft seats, I'm not real familiar with those. To each their own. Comfort is so subjective. I test drove an F150 and after 10 minutes in those (soft as a 10 year old lazy boy seats) my back was wrecked .
I hope you find a resolution that works. I'd start with trying out Mojave seats and see if those are more comfortable. If so you could try Co part and see if you can score some salvage seats.
Here's some Mojave seats . $900

I have a High Altitude and I don't care for the seats.I've heard the same. It's crazy to think how much difference seat quality (comfort) goes up with trim levels.
