Quadratec Mount and balance experience?

Has anyone had any experience with Quadratec Mounting and Balance of their tires and wheels?

Yeah, ordered a set of 32" wheel/tire combo for my then JK and they did a crappy job with the balance. Found weights partially stuck on and others that had come off and went missing.

Had them rebalanced at a local shop and moved on. Never ping'd their customer service over the ordeal so I do not know what if anything would have done to rectify or compensate for it.
