Piggybacking off my own JUNK thread, looking for quality brands for my wife’s 22’ Wrangler.

She really liked my NFab steps so we put a set on hers as well. Mine were trash so sent them back to NFab. Hers are showing signs of imminent corrosion after 3 months so not waiting.

I’ve got GoRhino boards in Berliner finish and they are excellent. She’s looking for something similar to what she already has.

SO-
What brands have you had good luck with under say $750?

I have Go Rhino RB20s and love them. Very sturdy and zero rust or finish issues after almost a year.

Check with forum sponsor @RealTruck for a great price on whatever you choose.

I’ve got the exact same step (in slim) on my truck after tossing the NFab. Agree completely with your assessment. They have a traditional tube style dual step my wife may like.

Question- they don’t offer it in bed liner which I have, it’s textured black powder coat only. Any idea how their powered coat finishes are?

I have the Tyger Auto Star dual step-sliders and they’re fantastic. I put them on in September of 2020 and are showing no signs of rust or corrosion. I’ve taken them through swamps, rocks, sand, water, you name it. Plus they look really cool and offer a nice non-slip stepping area as well.

Those do look sharp. Appreciate the real world review as well because for whatever reason that’s one brand I’ve always lumped in with the likes of NFab.

I've had zero issues with my powder coating.

Go Rhino makes an awesome step for an affordable price. Body Armor 4x4 also makes some good options. I'd be happy to see what kind of pricing we can get for ya if you're interested!

@OffroadAlliance.com

Thank you. I’ll reach out via message once she picks out a set. I went direct last time and they were generous enough to provide 10% for mil which was much appreciated.

I have Havoc HS2 steps on mine, similar to NFAB but the ends curve in instead of being straight.

finish seem like it would hold up to New England salt and snow and the Atlantic Ocean a mile away? I’ll take a look.

Hopefully, although I'm in TN and don't see that kind of weather. I had the NFAB Podium steps on my Tacoma when I lived in Charleston SC last year, seemed to hold up well to the humidity and weather.
