Quick question have any of y’all with a 2020 Jeep Grand Cherokee have a full failure of the safety systems and the airbags on that car mine completel

Quick question have any of y’all with a 2020 Jeep Grand Cherokee have a full failure of the safety systems and the airbags on that I had completely failed from 40 to a Dead stop into a tree and the airbags nor any of the safety features worked I reported it to Fiat jeep they’re still holding it off in litigation and blowing me off have any of you guys ever heard of this happening to a vehicle and if so do I stand on any legal grounds because of the fact Bosch came out and did a report and said there was no failure of the airbag system but at the same time I got a Mopar report the day after the accident saying that there was an urgent failure of all of the airbag systems on the vehicle what do you guys think do I have any kind of ground to stand on with them or what do you think might happen????
