If I set the volume to something like 25 then turn the car off and back on it resets the volume to 20. Is there any way to keep it at 25?

It may be doing it because that's very loud. I listen with the volume at 11, and it's always set the same every time I start it.

Right now most of my driving is with the top and all windows down. So with the wind 25 is not loud. If I was driving with the windows and top up I wouldn't have it that loud. But either way I would think it should return to whatever I have it set at. If there is some preset limit there must be a way to configure it? Like some BMWs had a preset limit but you could reset it and it would be tied to your keyfob. Do we not have any control of this with Jeeps?

Perhaps it has something to do with speed-related volume adjustment. You may want to check that setting

I had tried it with the speed adjustment on and off and it didn't make a difference. I opened a case with Jeep support. We'll see what they say.

Just like computers you may need to “reset” the radio. This will require disconnecting and reconnecting the battery. I know it sounds ridiculous but I had my signal stop working just today and the dealership fixed it for me but told me if it happened again to do what I mentioned with the battery. The service manager said that Jeep will most likely send a “push” to us to correct the issue.
