Took a 3 hour trip (6 hours round trip) about half way coming back. My nav started searching for satellites. Since it was raining and nasty didn't think twice about it. Well it is still searching after (no biggie) I have tried every soft reset I have found on the net. I though for sure the go to "RUN" but not starting teh car then pushing in the tune and volume buttons together for 20 sec would work... .. NADA

Does anyone have other ideas. Mine is a 2020 Rubicon Gladiator. I don't use the nav much but it would be nice for it to work. I haven't tried plugging my android phone in and seeing if android auto works. before that was what I use for navigation.

Thanks in advance

Disconnect the main battery and the ground for the secondary battery, will cause a reboot. Might fix the problem.

I used the NAV a lot when I first got the truck. The maps are a bit dated. I now use Android Auto and Google Maps. The live traffic updates are nice.
