Good luck, unless they can make it happen or you can capture it on camera they probably want do anything about it. My dealership looked over mine and couldn't find anything. I think it's something software related but I could be wrong. Let us know what they come up with.Mine just did it yesterday for the 3rd time! Looked & the clock said 12:15... another trip to the dealer I guess...
