That don't push sticker probably means the bed is just a shell on top of another bed. Seeing how the bumpers don't line up, I'm guessing it's no longer a separate bed but more like the GMC all electric coming for 2024.

It is a test mule and not the final product. You will see that kind of stuff on mock-ups and test mules especially when it is scabbed on a legacy platform it was not design to accommodate.
