I've had 33 cars in my short life. About the only thing that made a similar clunk/noise that I was able to pinpoint and solve was the driveshaft uni joint that went bad. Happened to two cars. Nose went away after that.

I have tons of clunks and bangs, mostly from the rear seat area, drives me insane. My right rear shock has squeeked for years and the dealer never did do anything about it.
id remove the rear sway bar and see if it goes away or gets worse.
Maybe put a gopro underneath and see if you can pinpoint it that way.

Did you check the factory Jack area? Maybe the bolt/screw for holding the Jack in place needs tweaking or the tire iron is loose.
My Thunk was lower front control are bolt? Actually found it while my son was under truck holding on to bits as I went forward and backward!

I've chased a handful of noises similar to this. Ended up the rear most hydraulic cab mount on the race JT as well as the shop truck. No problem with them, they just made a slight knocking sound.

The more and more I listen to this noise and I'm starting to think it's got to do with the sway bar or rear trac bar. I'm getting under it tonight and tightening all bolts I've got a socket for LOL. sway bar links are first followed by trac bar.
